Hi do you have any updates still if so you will have take to autel so they will format it
then you may update the tool also it always best to backup any software onto sd card
also make sure you use 16gb -

Its an Android System once the security pin is been set it will always ask when you switch ON the tool to unlock and without unlocking you can't even do anything also if you try to do factor reset it will ask you for security pin..............
